While education is an important component of supervision, most of the time spent in the Ideal Supervision Hour should be used for case presentation/consultation and skill building. Therefore, CREST provides the invaluable resource of regular virtual didactics programs. Supervisees participate in workshops and education programs to alongside others from across the United States. Didactics topics range from basic to advanced, refresh many topics from graduate school, and include the information necessary to practice ethically and safely.
